Every order is packed by hand and ships within 2 to 4 business days. A busy week can add a day. You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking number when it ships.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery, even if you've opened and used it. Send a photo of the product and a line about what didn't work, and we'll give you store credit. Refunds to your original payment method are for unopened returns.

Yes. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. You pay the shipping to send it back.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping box. We'll replace it or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.

No sulfates, parabens, silicones, mineral oil or petrolatum, or FD&C and D&C dyes. Fragrances researched before we use them. And every ingredient named and explained. 'Clean' isn't a regulated word, so we say exactly what we mean.

Read the standard

Some of our fragrances are synthetic. Every fragrance is researched before we use it, and is free of known carcinogens, mutagens and organ toxicants. When a formula contains fragrance, its ingredient list says so. Solar Plexus has nothing added for scent.

We're not a vegan brand, and we're not certified cruelty-free yet. Cruelty-free matters deeply to us, and we aim to become certified as we grow. Some products contain honey, beeswax, bee pollen or silk; each product's ingredient list shows them.

Sea Witch (peppermint), Black Magic (Ceylon cinnamon bark) and Remember When (lavender). Shroom Therapy, Solar Plexus, Avalon and Main Character Energy contain none.

Any product that needs preserving uses only safe, COSMOS-approved preservative systems. To help everything stay fresh, keep lids closed and water out of the jars.

Mostly plant, mineral, hive and sea ingredients, and we name the few that aren't. The synthetic mica, iron oxides and tin oxide that make Main Character Energy shimmer, and the panthenol in Avalon, are made in a lab on purpose, and some of our fragrances are synthetic.

Shroom Therapy is built on a 25 mushroom complex, each mushroom listed with its species and marked organic. Mushrooms are naturally rich in antioxidants, like the ergothioneine in porcini, shiitake and oyster mushrooms, and in beta-glucans, natural sugars that hold water, so the mask leaves skin feeling soft. Some, like reishi and cordyceps, have been valued in traditional medicine for centuries, and are often called adaptogens today.

Shelf life after opening is on each product's back label. Keep lids closed, keep water out of the scrub and mask jars, and store everything away from heat and direct sun.

Usually: exfoliator, cleanser, serum, moisturizer, then a sealer. But skin is personal, and we encourage you to find the order that works best for you.
