What it is
A clear, slightly sweet, syrupy liquid. Vegetable glycerin is made from plant oils.
What it does
It is a humectant: it draws water toward the skin's surface and holds it there, so skin feels soft and plump. It is in most of our formulas.
Why it’s clean
One of the most widely used and best-studied ingredients in skincare, and very rarely irritating.
