What it is
Fluorphlogopite is a mica made in a lab rather than mined. It forms thin, flat, smooth flakes.
What it does
Its flat flakes reflect light evenly, giving Main Character Energy its fine golden shimmer. The titanium dioxide, iron oxides and tin oxide on the list set its colour and shine.
Why it’s clean
Synthetic mica (synthetic fluorphlogopite) is made rather than mined, which avoids the problems tied to mica mining, and keeps its flakes even. It is named plainly on the list, and we say it is lab-made.
