What it is

Wood hedgehog is another common name for Hydnum repandum, the mushroom also listed as sweet tooth. It is named for the soft spines under its cap, which take the place of gills.

What it does

It is one of the 25 mushrooms in Shroom Therapy. Like all mushrooms, it contains beta-glucans, sugars that hold water, which add to the mask's soft feel.

Why it’s clean

Named on the list with its species, Hydnum repandum, and marked organic. One clearly named ingredient, not a blend name.
