Processing Times
Every order is handcrafted, packed with care, and shipped within 2–4 business days. High‑volume weeks may add a day, but we never rush quality.
You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and a tracking number the moment your package heads out.
Shipping Rates
We ship by weight so you only pay for what your order actually costs to send.
Typical rates:

0–1 lb: $5.99

1–3 lb: $7.99

3–5 lb: $9.99
-
5 lb and up: $12.99
Orders $50+ ship free — because treating yourself shouldn’t come with a penalty.
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and distance.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in:

Carrier delays can happen, but we’ll always keep you updated
Tracking
Your tracking number will activate within 24 hours of shipment. If it’s being stubborn, give it a little time — USPS sometimes needs a moment.
Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If something looks off, email us ASAP at mmankins@mystichollowcosmetics.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Mystic Hollow Cosmetics, we want you to feel confident, cared for, and excited about what you ordered. We stand behind our formulations — but we also know that skincare is personal, and sometimes your skin has its own opinions. Here’s how we handle refunds in a way that’s fair, honest, and respectful to both you and our small business.
30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Yes, Even If You Tried It)
If you’ve used a product and your skin didn’t vibe with it — irritation, breakouts, or simply “this isn’t for me” — we’ve got you.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund on gently used products.
To qualify, we ask for:

A brief description of what didn’t work

A photo of the product (so we know it’s the right item)
We don’t need a novel — just enough info to help us improve and to keep things honest.
Refunds for used products are issued as store credit.
Unopened & Unused Products
Changed your mind before opening it? No problem.
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours with photos of:

We’ll replace it or issue store credit — whatever works best for you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once USPS has your package, it’s officially in their hands. If your order seems lost or delayed:

We cannot issue refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued as:

We’re a small, ingredient‑driven brand — not a giant corporation with endless inventory. We take care of our customers, and we appreciate customers who take care of us, too.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
