Our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. We describe each one as accurately as we can, and every ingredient is listed on its label and its product page. Because everything is made by hand in small batches, colour, texture and scent can vary slightly from batch to batch.

Read the ingredient list before you buy, and patch test anything new. Stop using a product if your skin reacts. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. confirm; the live terms list credit and debit cards, PayPal and offline payments

If a product is ever listed at the wrong price, we'll honor the lowest price listed.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies. confirm the cancellation rules

Shipping and returns

Shipping times, rates and our return policy are set out on the Shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Discount codes

One discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You don't need an account to check out.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it reflects your own honest experience, and you allow us to show it on our site and social media under the name you posted with. We may remove anything abusive, off-topic or unlawful. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.

Our content

The words, photos, product names, labels and designs on this site belong to Mystic Hollow Cosmetics LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Sharing a link is always fine.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, to copy it at scale, to interfere with checkout, or to use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

We work hard to make good products and keep this site accurate, but we provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms and on our product pages. Results vary from person to person.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mystic Hollow Cosmetics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies to your order.
